Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Exchanges or Returns

All exchanges and returns due to change of mind are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

-       Item can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days.

-       Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

-       Item purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

-       This exchange or return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If the payment is made by credit card, we will return the refund to your issuing bank (or original payment method) when the return is approved.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
