Shipping Information
  1. Delivery to residential
    • The orders will be delivered to the residential area by SF Express, and the delivery staff will directly contact the consumer for the delivery time.
    • Subject to stock availability, orders are shipped approximately 2-5 business days after the order date (excluding the day of the order and public holidays).
    • Shipments may be delayed due to high order volumes during holidays or force majeure events (such as natural disasters).
  2. Delivery to Macau clinic
    • The orders will be delivered to Macau by Logistics, and the delivery staff will directly contact the consumer for the delivery time.
    • A separate delivery fee for order above $2500.
